If you want to experience the benefits of water fitness, learn how to swim, or just have a good time?
Then the fitness center of the Palace of Martial named after Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov invites you to visit 2 comfortable swimming pools with a total area of 221.6 m2:
- Swimming pool: 25 m x 9 m, shallow point depth - 1.2 m, deep point - 1.8 m, 4 lanes, temperature 27-28 °;
- Small pool: depth 1.4 m, temperature 32°.
Fitness center provides for everyone group and individual classes in the gym and swimming pool. Children from the age of 7 are accepted for swimming lessons. The pools have all the necessary equipment and devices for swimming.
Note to visitors:
- Access to the pool is only allowed if you have a bathing suit, special replacement shoes (shales) and a swimming cap;
- For your convenience there are changing rooms, personal lockers and showers;
- There is a relaxing spa area: finnish sauna and hammam separately in the men's and women's locker rooms.
The swimming pool will be closed for cleaning on the last Monday of every month.
