The famous Qazaqstan Barysy Grand Slam competition, gathering 358 athletes from 44 countries, is being held at the Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Judo Arena.
Our judokas won 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, placing 5th in the team standings after the first day of competition.
The official opening of the Qazaqstan Barysy Grand Slam 2025 was marked by speeches from:

• The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Ermek Kosherbayev
• The President of the Kazakhstan Judo Federation — Kuanishbek Esekeyev
• The President of the International Judo Federation — Marius Vizer.
